D-mannURO is a dietary product, a food supplement used for urinary tract infections. D-mannose, as the main component of this preparation, is a sugar that helps prevent and eliminate symptoms of urinary tract and bladder infections. The most common cause of urinary infections is Escherichia coli. D-mannose works by binding to bacterial cells and thus preventing their attachment to the bladder walls, increasing their elimination in the urine.\n\nIngredients: One sachet contains 2 g of D-mannose, 0.1 g of cranberry extract, beetroot powder, silicon dioxide, cranberry flavor and sucralose.
