Pour 210 ml of warm milk (milk that the child usually consumes) into a plate.

Add 5 tablespoons (about 30-35g) of Nutribén Breakfast cereals.

Mix carefully with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is achieved. No need to boil or add sugar.
